The manufacturer of Caesarstone quartz and the British designer Tom Dixon to create on a medieval cruciform The Restaurant.
Four kitchens and rooms inspired by the elements: Water, Earth, Fire and Air. Kitchens designed in beautiful materials and elegant colors to create new spaces where food becomes an unforgettable sensory experience that left us literally speechless.
WATER – it starts by steam cooking up freezing as in the composition of green leafy vegetables and stracciatella.
LAND – the dishes are cooked according to an ancient medieval cooking method that used the hay to enhance the natural fragrance of food.
FIRE – the food is smoked scalded and burned in a setting of woods and materials blackened by time.
AIR – in an ethereal environment is prepared and you will taste dishes evanescent as the meringue with whipped cream flavored with herbs.
The project presented during the Salone del Mobile in Milan in the beautiful surroundings of the Rotonda della Besana is born thanks to the collaboration of Caesarstone , Arabeschi di Latte led by Francesca Sarti for food design.
